There’s a class to suit every age and ability, from toddlers to adults.
Drop-in-Gym is a chance for pre-school children to have unstructured play in the gymnasium in a safe and supervised way, without a formal programme. The gymnasium is set up with fun setups each week for the children to explore. It is a great alternative to other pre-school programmes.
Parent supervision is essential.

PlayGym introduces pre-school children to the basics of controlled movement in a fun way.
Each term focuses on skills such as;
The PlayGym programme is aimed at children aged 2½ years, up to school age. Younger supervised siblings are welcome to join in. Parent participation is essential.

Kindy Gym is a step further from PlayGym. While the programme still focuses on similar skills to PlayGym, the Kindy Gym programme is aimed at children aged 4 years, up to school age. Parents can sit to the side in these sessions to watch while the coach instructs the children through various circuits and activities.
Younger supervised siblings are welcome to stay off to the side and play.

The Junior Gymnastics programme (previously Kiwi GymFun) is designed to teach a foundation in all gymnastic codes that we offer, in a graduated, enjoyable way. This includes basics in artistic gymnastics, trampolining, aerobics, parkour, and other basic coordination activities.
The programme progresses through levels and children receive a certificate at the end of term if they pass their current level.

The Artistic Awards programme run through 10 grades in artistic gymnastics. The gymnasts get tested in week 7 in terms 1-3. Where if the pass their grade they will receive a certificate and then progress onto the the next grade.
Grades 1-3 will be tested in terms 1-3.
Grades 4-6 will be tested every second term.
Grades 7-10 (Advanced class) will be tested as they are ready.
The Artistic Awards are split by age and grade.
Junior – Ages 7-9 (Grades 1-6)
Senior – Ages 10+ (Grades 1-6)

Boys Only is a recreational class for boys where they do not need to feel outnumbered by girls which can occasionally happen in some of the other classes. The boys only class works on a simplified version of the national competitive men’s programme. If they develop advanced enough, there is the possibility to be assessed by a coach to enter into the main competitive programme.

Children in this class will learn a range of floor skills, and aim to develop tumbling passes.
The tumbling programme progresses through 10 levels, and children receive a certificate and ribbon at the end of the term if they pass their current level.
The junior class is for levels 1 – 4.

Children in this class will be learning a range of trampoline and double-mini trampoline skills. This helps greatly with spatial awareness and body coordination. The trampolining programme progresses through 10 levels, and children receive a certificate and ribbon at the end of the term if they pass their current level. It typically takes 2 terms to pass a level. The class is open for children aged 5+.
The Junior Trampoline classes are split into 3 age groups.
Junior Jumpers 5 – 6 years
Junior Tramp 7 – 9 years
Junior Tramp 10 – 16 years

This class is mostly focused on teaching parkour, free-running, and basic gymnastic techniques as an introduction towards free-running. This is the best class for children wanting to learn how to overcome obstacles and use parkour safely.

SportFit is all about body conditioning, coordination, and fitness to ensure you are prepared for your chosen sport. The class covers bodyweight strength training, plyometric / jump training to increase speed and power, core strength, flexibility, and aerobic fitness. Athletes will also have an opportunity to cover some gymnastics and parkour skills such as handstands and vaults which prepares the upper body for weight bearing exercises and improved agility.
Recommended ages 11 – 17 years.
