Drop-in-Gym

Drop-in-Gym is a chance for preschool children to play in the gymnasium in a safe and supervised way, without a formal programme. Parent supervision is essential.

Preschool Gym

Preschool Gym is a structured class suitable for children aged 2-3 years. Parental participation will be required.

Kindy Gym

The Kindy Gym programme is aimed at children aged 4 years, up to school age. Parents can sit to the side in these sessions to watch while the coach instructs the children through various circuits and activities.
Younger supervised siblings are welcome to stay off to the side and play.

Recreational Gymnastics

Our Recreational Gymnastics programmes include skills in artistic gymnastics, trampolining, aerobics, parkour, and other basic coordination activities. Our programmes are designed to teach a foundation in all gymnastic codes that we offer, in a graduated, enjoyable way.

Children progress through levels and receive a certificate at the end of term if they pass their current level. Classes are split by ages: 5–6 years, 7-9 years and 10+.

Boys Only Rec

Boys Only is a recreational class for boys where they do not need to feel outnumbered by girls which can occasionally happen in some of the other classes. The boys only class works on a simplified version of the national competitive men’s programme. If they develop advanced enough skills, there is the possibility to be assessed by a coach to enter into the main competitive programme. This class is suited for children 7 – 12 years.

Rec Tumbling

Children in this class will learn a range of floor skills, and aim to develop tumbling passes. It is a recreational class for learning basic tumbling skills, such as round offs and walkovers.
The Rec/Junior class progresses through levels 1 – 4. (Ages 7 – 12)

Rec Aerobics

Our Recreational Aerobics class is a great introduction aerobic dance. Students learn to perform high intensity movement patterns to music. Suitable for ages 6 – 17 years.

Ninja

Our Ninja class is aimed towards children ages 7 – 11. The class is mostly focused on teaching parkour, free-running, and basic gymnastic techniques as an introduction towards free-running. This is the best class for children wanting to learn how to overcome obstacles and use parkour safely.
